Differential scanning calorimeter STARe DSC – 1 serves for the measurement of enthalpy changes in samples associated with changes in their physical and chemical properties as a function of temperature or time. DSC is the most frequently used thermal analysis technique for the determination of the specific heat capacity of materials and the temperatures of the phase transitions.
